Investigating the attitude and level of satisfaction of professors and students with holding electronic exams of Birjand University of Medical Sciences with analysis of exams

Abstract

"Introduction: Education is a factor of change and progress in people. In the educational system, in terms of the nature of medical sciences, education is of special importance and it is not possible to improve the quality of students' education without changing the methods and techniques of teaching and evaluation. The inability of the traditional education system to respond to lifelong learning, the high cost of higher education, digital technology, etc. led to the emergence of e-learning. E-assessment is also part of the e-learning system. One of the ways to improve the quality of exams is to check the standardization of questions designed by professors. Considering the forward movement of Birjand University of Medical Sciences in the field of electronic exams, the importance of evaluation and the level of satisfaction of students and professors in order to improve education conditions, this study aims to assess the attitude and satisfaction of professors and students from holding electronic exams of University of Medical Sciences. Birjand was designed with the analysis of exams held in the academic year 1399-1399.Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study of 746 teachers and students were selected in proportion to the share of each school. To examine the attitudes and satisfaction questionnaire was used. After collection, the results were entered into SPSS software version 16 and analyzed by relevant statistical tests at a significance level of 0.05.Results: A total of 126 faculty members and 620 university students participated. The mean score of attitude was 69.19. 9.51 and the satisfaction of professors was 33.27 00 5.00 and the mean score of attitude was 59.18 99 7.99 and the satisfaction of students was 65.73 65 10.05. The mean score of professors 'attitudes and satisfaction according to gender, academic rank and satisfaction according to the faculty did not differ significantly (P> 0.05) and the mean score of professors' satisfaction according to the faculty differed significantly (P <0.05). There was a positive and significant correlation between attitude with satisfaction and age with work experience (P <0.05). The mean score of attitude and satisfaction in terms of students' gender was not significantly different from each other (P> 0.05). The mean score of attitude and satisfaction in terms of semester, grade and faculty of students were significantly different (P <0.05). There was a positive and significant correlation between attitudes with students 'satisfaction and between age and grade point average and students' attitudes (P <0.05)Conclusion: The attitude of faculty members was at an average level and their satisfaction score with electronic exams was at a good level. Also, the score of students' attitude and satisfaction was at an average level" "

مقدمه و هدف: آموزش و تعلیم یک عامل تغییر و پیشرفت در افراد است. در نظام آموزشی به لحاظ ماهیت رشته‌های علوم پزشکی، امر آموزش و تدریس از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش دانشجویان بدون تحول در روش‌ها و فنون تدریس و ارزشیابی امکان‌پذیر نیست. ناتوانی نظام سنتی آموزش در پاسخگویی یادگیری مادام‌العمر، هزینه بالای آموزش عالی، فناوری دیجیتالی و ... منجر به ظهور آموزش‌های الکترونیکی شد. ارزیابی الکترونیکی نیز بخشی از نظام آموزش الکترونیکی است. از راه‌های ارتقای کیفیت آزمون‌ها بررسی استاندارد بودن سوال‌های طراحی شده توسط اساتید است. باتوجه به حرکت رو به جلوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در حوزه آزمون‌های الکترونیکی، اهمیت ارزشیابی و میزان رضایت دانشجویان و اساتید از آن در جهت بهبود شرایط آموزش، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش و میزان رضایتمندی اساتید و دانشجویان از برگزاری آزمون‌های الکترونیکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند به همراه تحلیل آزمون‌های برگزار شده در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398، طراحی شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی برای بررسی نگرش و رضایتمندی 126 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی و 620 دانشجوی دانشگاه متناسب با سهم هر دانشکده از دو پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استاندارد استفاده شد. همچنین برای آنالیز و تحلیل میانگین ضریب دشواری و میانگین ضریب تمیز و پایایی آزمون های برگزار شده در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 از اطلاعات موجود در مرکز آزمون الکترونیکی دانشگاه استفاده شد. نتایج پس از جمع‌آوری وارد نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 شد و بوسیله آزمون‌های آماری مربوطه در سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 تجزیه و تحلیل صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی نگرش 9/51 ± 69/19 و رضایتمندی اساتید 5/00 ± 33/27 و میانگین نمره نگرش 7/99 ± 59/18 و رضایتمندی دانشجویان 10/05 ± 65/73 بود. میانگین نمره نگرش و رضایتمندی اساتید بر حسب جنسیت، مرتبه علمی و رضایتمندی بر حسب دانشکده با یکدیگر اختلاف معناداری نداشت (0/05< P) و میانگین نمره نگرش اساتید بر حسب دانشکده با یکدیگر اختلاف معناداری داشت (0/05> P). بین نگرش اساتید با رضایتمندی آن ها همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (0/05> P). بین نگرش و رضایتمندی اساتید با سابقه کاری ایشان رابطه معنی داری وجود نداشت (0/05< P). میانگین نمره نگرش و رضایتمندی بر حسب جنسیت دانشجویان با یکدیگر اختلاف معناداری نداشت (0/05< P). میانگین نمره نگرش و رضایتمندی بر حسب ترم، مقطع و دانشکده دانشجویان با یکدیگر اختلاف معناداری داشت (0/05> P). بین نگرش با رضایتمندی دانشجویان و بین نگرش دانشجویان با سن آن ها همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (0/05> P). تحلیل 101 آزمون برگزار شده در مرکز آزمون الکترونیکی در سال 1399-1398 بررسی شد و میانگین ضریب تمیز سوالات و پایایی آزمون ها بر حسب دانشکده با یکدیگر اختلاف معنی داری نداشت (0/05< P) و میانگین ضریب دشواری سوالات بر حسب دانشکده با یکدیگر اختلاف معنی داری داشت (0/05> P). نتیجه گیری: نمره نگرش اعضای هیئت علمی در سطح متوسط و نمره رضایتمندی ایشان از آزمون‌های الکترونیکی در سطح خوب بود. همچنین نمره نگرش و رضایتمندی دانشجویان در سطح متوسط بود. فلذا ارتقای سطح کیفیت آزمون ها و خدمات مرکز آزمون الکترونیکی دانشگاه، باید در سیاست گذاری برنامه ریزان آموزشی مورد توجه قرار گیرد
